To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 30% of the course content, and your request must be submitted within 14 days of your initial enrollment date.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

Requests made more than 14 days after enrollment, completion of more than 30% of course content, violation of our terms of service, requests for courses purchased during promotional periods or with special discounts, or after receiving a certificate of completion.

5. Course Access After Refund

Upon approval of a refund, your access to the course will be immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to view course materials or participate in course discussions.

6. Disputes and Exceptions

If you believe there are exceptional circumstances that warrant consideration beyond this policy, please contact us. We will review each case individually and make decisions at our discretion.

7. Changes to Refund Policy
